Andie Sobrato
Chair
Andie is the founder and head stylist of Andie Sobrato, LLC, a personal styling business focused on helping people in the Bay Area feel more confident in their clothing. After 10 years in a variety of marketing roles at tech companies in the Silicon Valley, Andie pivoted to pursue entrepreneurship and philanthropy full time. In their joint philanthropic work, Andie and her husband, John, are focused on providing opportunities for the most vulnerable in our communities. While the giving spans education, economic mobility, and reproductive health – all work is approached with the lens of gender and racial justice. Reproductive justice is Andie’s passion, and for the last six years, she has done work to tailor her giving strategy to help those most in-need. What started as a state and direct-service focused strategy in the U.S. south, has evolved into an approach spanning advocacy, policy, and emerging direct-service opportunities across the U.S. She sees Planned Parenthood and its affiliates as playing a pivotal role in the fight for abortion access and she looks forward to getting more engaged through board service.

Kim Surratt
Kim Surratt became a lawyer in 2002, founded her own firm in 2007, and is licensed in both Nevada and California. She had her first surrogacy case in 2004. Kim is a distinguished ART Fellow and member of the Board of Trustees for the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA). She is the chair of the State of Nevada Child Support Commission and has been the chair of the State Bar of Nevada Family Law Section and president of the Nevada Justice Association. She has been a pro bono lobbyist since 2003 with the Nevada Justice Association, through which she has significantly impacted reproductive parentage law and LGBTQ+ family law. Her advocacy has facilitated numerous legislative achievements, including the Nevada Domestic Partnership law, numerous modifications to adoption law, comprehensive revisions to pro-LGBTQ+ family law statutes, establishment of the first voluntary acknowledgment of parentage (instead of just paternity) statute, gender-neutral revisions across all Nevada statutes, changes in adoption, comprehensive pro-family statutes for surrogacy and egg/embryo/sperm donation that are marriage and gender neutral, and a surrogacy insurance mandate in Nevada. The surrogacy insurance law was the first of its kind in the United States and is the model for future advocacy. Kim’s dedication to justice has been recognized with several awards, including the Nevada Legal Services Champion of Justice Award, the Washoe Legal Services Children’s Attorney Pro Bono Award, the Nevada Supreme Court Access to Justice Pro Bono Services Award, and AAAA’s President’s Award. In 2024 alone, she received the AAAA Unsung Hero Award, the Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada Reproductive Freedom Award, the National LGBT Bar Association Family Law Practitioner of the Year Award, and the State Bar of Nevada Family Law Section Pillar Award. In addition, her law firm is a six-time recipient of the Nevada Legal Services Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year award. A pioneer in her field, Kim’s work in reproductive law has taken her to international stages and media, where she has educated thousands of attorneys, policy leaders, and politicians on parentage through reproductive technology and surrogacy. Kim has helped thousands of surrogacy clients and family formation clients both in the United States and all over the world with many baby pictures to prove it! She is proud of each photo and family she has helped along their journey to parentage.

Stacy Cross
Stacy Cross serves as President & CEO of Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte. Stacy has more than 23 years of service as a Planned Parenthood CEO and over 30 years in health care administration. Prior to taking the helm at PPMM, Stacy led Planned Parenthood affiliates in Montana and Oregon. Stacy is leading PPMM at a critical time in the organization’s history, protecting health care access for PPMM’s communities and patients — many of whom live at or below the federal poverty level — even as those rights and services are under constant attack in the current political climate.

Rebecca Schuett
Rebecca is the Chief Development Officer for Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, and the Managing Director of the Charitable Trust for SRH. Rebecca brings extensive experience from her 22 years in nonprofit fundraising, including 14 years at the California Academy of Sciences and four years at the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, where she raised funds for vital health services for the City’s public hospital. Her passion for public health, inspired by her personal battle with cancer, drives her dedication to supporting the most vulnerable patients in our community. Rebecca brings commitment to reproductive freedom and strategic approaches to donor engagement and is continually inspired by patient stories to protect their right to health care services for everyone who needs them – whether they in the Mar Monte service area or are forced to travel from other states.

Stephanie Dominguez Walton
Stephanie Dominguez Walton is the Director of Leadership Giving at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, where she is deeply committed to advancing health care equity and accessibility to all. Stephanie believes that access to health care — regardless of age, gender, income, or zip code — is a fundamental human right that empowers individuals to prosper. A proud Oakland resident for 20 years, she lives with her husband and two children, one a junior in college and the other a junior in high school. In addition to her professional role, Stephanie serves on the Board of Port Commissioners at the Port of Oakland, and as President of the Board at the Voter Protection Project, reflecting her belief in the inextricable link between politics and reproductive freedom. When not advocating for community health or reproductive rights, Stephanie channels her creativity as a singer in Las Brujas, an Oakland-based rock cover band. She considers it a privilege to collaborate with Planned Parenthood Mar Monte supporters and colleagues to ensure everyone has access to high-quality health care, no matter what.
